1, Questions: What is smallest cutting diameter?

Smallest cutting diameter of oscillating knife is 8mm, round knife smallest cutting diameter is about 30mm for single layer cutting.  if want get smaller hole, can add punching tool, it can make the hole with diameter 2mm.

Cutting thickness will be 3-5mm if with lamination on surface. If without lamination, round knife cutting thickness is less than 1mm

2, What is the smallest “X” we could cut?

  Our machine standard model is 1625 with working size 1600*2500mm, the smaller model is 1612 with working area 1600*1200mm. Both X axis working size is 1600mm .

3. What is the lead time to ship this machine?

Lead time of one set machine is 7-12 days if with standard device, if have special request, delivery time will be about 25-35 days.

5,What is method to hold down the leather? Vacuum?
If vacuum, is vacuum provided?

This cnc round knife cutting machine is with aluminum bellow table, there are many holes in aluminum bellow table, will use vacuum pump to hold down leather. The machine is with 9 vacuum zone, and with 9kw vacuum pump. Whats your leather material is? sometimes need more vacuum zones according to different leathers. Max vacuum zone is 32 zones.

6, What facilities are needed to run machine? Power? Compressed Air?

standard machine use AC380V 50HZ power, also provide 220V single phase or 220V 3phase power. if you only need oscillating knife tool or round knife, then dont provide compressed air, if you need punching tools and other tool changing, will need compressed air.

7. What do the knives cost and how do we source new ones? How often?

knife cost is usd6/piece. You can buy some extra as spare parts, its wearing parts, if machine work 8 hours every day, need change it about every 3 months.

On aluminum bellow table, we will put one piece of fabric textile pad, when machine cutting, it can protect the table and knife. table fabrics is wearing parts, it need change every half a year, you can buy extra fabrics as spare parts.

If your machine only with oscillating knife, normal computer is ok. If you need camera, then need higher device computer. such as i9 core, 16G memory, 256G hardware, Discrete graphics card, and need the internet speed should be not less than1000MBits

The round knife cnc fabric cutting machine include software, we use vcutwork software from ruida company. you dont need purchase separate software system to make the machine run. 

11,Are automatic nesting capabilities included?

Automatic nesting capabilities dont include, we can provide you free nesting software, its cracked version, but its functions is not as good as original software. You can also buy origional software, its mainly used for leather car mat or textile nesting. 

12,Can we mark material for defects and have the machine detect it?

If you want to mark materials for defects, your leather must be genuine leather, except for genuine leather, do you also have man-made leather? which type of your genuine leather? If cut genuine leather, should use professional software for genuine leather, it can do nesting and recognize defects, with projector and big vision canon camera.

13,How accurate is the cutting?

cutting precision of the machine is +/-0.2mm, 

14,How long is the shut down and start up time for the machine?

Machine start up time is about 40 seconds, and shut down time is one second.
