Maintenance Instructions for Vibrating Knife Cutting Machine

This digital flatbed cutting machine is a precision electromechanical product. The whole machine includes two parts: circuit board and precision machinery. Therefore, it must be carefully maintained to prevent various failures in order to prolong the service life of the equipment.

Maintenance should pay attention to the following matters:

1. Choose a good environment to use the flatbed digital cutting machine. It should not be placed in a place with strong light, and avoid direct sunlight, which will cause the table top to crack and affect the service life.

2. Regularly wipe the machine table with alcohol to prevent suction blockage (do not pour alcohol directly into the table for wiping).

3. Do not press or place scissors and other objects on the cutting machine, so as not to touch the cutting head when starting the machine;

4. Do not press the rails and beams on both sides of the cutting machine table to avoid damage to the rails.

5. Avoid plugging and unplugging only by grasping the cable. It is strictly forbidden to plug and unplug the online cable of the cutting machine with electricity, otherwise it will damage the cutting machine or the computer;

6. Electricity specifications: three-phase AC 380V power totaling 12KW

7. Regularly maintain, optimize, and disinfect the computer system. The instability of the computer system will also affect the normal operation of the cutting machine;

8. During the operation of the machine, please do not put your head and hands close to the running beam or machine head to avoid accidents;

9. The packaged computer cutting machine should be prevented from strong vibration and collision during transportation;

10. If there is a loud noise or movement is blocked, be sure to cut off the power immediately, do not use it again, please contact the manufacturer immediately

11. After the vibrating knife cutting machine is used, cover it with a dust cover to prevent dust from entering the machine
